No matter where you fall on this scale let’s make this holiday season your best yet by helping you focus on staying well. Check back weekly on Mondays through December to learn tips and tricks to help you enjoy and stay well this holiday season.

Let’s make this Holiday Season a Great Time to focus on Staying Well!

A few tips for staying well this Halloween:

Always check your candy before eating it: Unless you know the candy is from a safe source, look over the candy for any holes in packaging or anything unusual for safety. Throw out any questionable pieces.

Eat candy in moderation: Try not to binge. Take a few pieces out of the bucket to enjoy instead of sitting with the whole bucket or bag.

Donate some candy: Don’t feel bad about not eating all the candy. If you get to much candy or have candy you don’t like donate to your local schools, daycare, churches, volunteer organizations, etc instead of throwing it away.
